A ghost cookie cutter to download and printout and your 3d printer 

The downloadable zip contains an stl file designed on Fusion 360 as well as a pdf of the outline used as the starting point for the 3d model.  Load the stl file into your slicer software of choice and start up your 3d printer.

I used rigidink PLA on my Ultimaker 2+

Then it is just a case of mixing some suitable dough, cutting out the ghosts…

…and putting them in the oven.
