Record Player
A paper record player to print out and assemble. The paper record player uses a sewing needle stylus to play 7″ singles. Crank the handle at 120 rpm and the turntable spins at 45 rpm, the correct speed for accurate playback. It’s not exactly Hi-Fi and you probably shouldn’t use it to play your precious collectors edition singles but for a record player make entirely from paper the results are surprisingly good!
The project comes as a downloadable pdf with parts and step by step instructions ready for you to print out onto thin card.
