Next step in the Bird Box Automata Project. This is my first draft of variable pitch pipes. Notice that the end of the pipe is open.
The light pink pipe slides over the main body of the pipe. As it moves up and down the output pitch from the pipe changes. The longer the pipe, the lower the pitch.

Next step – I’ll try adding a mechanism to drive the bellows and change the pitch of the pipe via a crank handle.
