I’ve added the ability for pay for downloads in $US…

As part of the upgrade for the shop I’ve added the ability for pay for downloads in $US. Click on the dropdrown list at the top right of any page and choose your currency from either £UK or $US. If you are logged it it should remember the currency you have chosen the next time you visit the site.
