Disagreeable Sheep

Turn the handle and the disagreeable sheep disagrees with everything you say. This is an updated version of the original project featuring proper bearings for smoother disagreement!

Print out the four parts sheets onto thin card, note that there are front and backs to the sheets. Print out the front, flip the sheet over, return it to the printer, then print out the back.

Score along the dotted and dashed lines, cut out the holes then carefully cut out the parts.

Fold the cams in half and glue them down to make double thickness card. Once the glue is dry, carefully cut them out

Thread the cams onto the axle and line them up with the grey lines.

Note the orientation of the cams and the position of the blue line on the cam shaft.

Roll up and glue the four axle tubes as accurately as possible.

Fit the two short axles without the grey line into the camshaft.

Glue the cam supports into place.

Glue the striker plate to the vertical axle tube.

Fit the remaining two axle tubes into the vertical axle using the grey lines for positioning.

Fold the tabs round on the box parts and glue them down making a right angle triangle tube.

Glue the box parts together.

Thread the blue end of the camshaft into the blue circled hole.

Fold the box round and glue.

Fit the base into position and glue it down.

Thread the vertical shaft into place. Make sure the hole is big enough so it turns easily.

Thread the top into place and glue it down.

Assemble the handle in three steps

Glue the handle into place.

Make up the head and glue on the eyes

Assemble the body inner and glue it to one side of the body.

Curve round the body and glue it down.

With the flat on the striker plate facing forward, fit the upper vertical tube with the tab facing forward

Glue the head to the tab.

Glue the feet to the box top to complete the model. No! No! No!
