Print out the parts onto thin card (230gsm/67lb) Score along the dotted and dashed lines then cut out the holes before carefully cutting out the parts.

Each leg is made of five parts. Glue them together as shown in preparation for assembly. [hr]

Fit the joint inners into the lower leg as shown. They should be a close fit but free to rotate. [hr]

Complete the legs as shown. Move the joints to make sure they are not glued into position. [hr]

Glue the leg straps round the hip tube. Make sure the legs are free to move.[hr]

Fold over the arms to make double thickness card then cut out the arms. Make sure the tabs are not glued down.  [hr]

Glue the collar parts to the front of the body. [hr]

Thread the arm tabs through the arm holes in the body. [hr]

Glue the circles to the arm tabs. Make sure the arms can move back and forth. [hr]

Curl round and glue together the body. [hr]

Glue the legs into place in the body. [hr]

Wrap the slip ring round the head inner, no glue! [hr]

Glue the slip ring to itself, it should be a tight fit but free to rotate around the head inner.  [hr]

Glue the neck to the slip ring. [hr]

Assemble the head and fit the tache.  [hr]

Glue the head to the top of the neck. [hr]

Complete the model by inserting the head into the body.  [hr]
